Job Criteria : Should have excellent knowledge of accounts, inventory, FA and HR related matters. Must be familiar with taxation, VAT, TDS, deposits and filing of returns. Should have knowledge of accounting software. Minimum 2 years of experience required in similar business viz. trading, service business, import/ export. Job Responsibility:

  • To maintain financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in a proper manner,
  • To administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
  • To administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances
  • To provide efficient and effective office management (such as order office supplies, manage the filing, storage and security of documents, respond to inquiries, manage the repair and maintenance of computer and office equipment, etc.)
  • To be responsible for timely collection of the receivables and payment of goods and services procured by the organization.
  • To prepare timely financial statements, maintain vat records and other records needed for tax clearance and payment.

Minimum 1 year working experience required or need to prove expertise in mentioned tools.

  • To create enhancements and modifications to web sites; organizes and maintains the sites.
  • To design company’s brochures, leaflet, handouts, logos.
  • To assess new standards, technologies and trends, and formulates strategies and plans for future enhancement of web sites.
  • To coordinate the design, development and implementation of web pages, web-based applications, and electronic commerce activities.
  • To use wide range of media, including photography editing and computer aided design;
  • To design and give concept of any documentation related matters.
