Our point of sale software program is loaded with setup options that let you tailor the program to your way of doing business. Security options let you keep employees out of different functions of the program. You can even change most of the heading descriptions (any service business can use our software).

Minimal Typing


Every effort has been made to minimize typing. Headings can be retrieved from previous invoices by name, account number, license number, V.I.N. and other defined fields. Up to 7 City, state and zip codes can be entered by one key stroke. Up to 99 lines of descriptions and charges can be entered and called up by number. Up to 99 canned invoices can be entered and be called up by name or number. Estimates can be retrieved and converted into invoices.

All the reports you need


A report section will total up invoices for any time period and generate sales, customer and mechanic reports (every line of labor, parts and other charges has an input for a mechanic code allowing multiple mechanics on the same invoice). Analyze your business, details for sales tax reports, determine mechanic productivity - commissions.

Easy to learn and easy to use


Instructions for each field to fill out appear on the screen. Special features are spelled out with function key descriptions. You won't have to be teaching new employees how to fill out an estimate or invoice. The program is so simple that anyone should be able to use it.

Integration with other programs


The program integrates with our Inventory Software program, taking parts out of stock automatically or putting them back into stock if the part is removed from the invoice (program allows you to sell parts not in stock). The parts can be sold at one of the two selling prices on file for the part or any other price. Parts can be discounted automatically. They can be marked up automatically (either by profit or percentage methods).

The program integrates with our Accounts Receivable program, posting invoices that are marked charged (the program allows payment methods to be recorded - cash, check, credit card, charge, in process, split payment, warrantee no charge) to the invoice account number.

 

The program integrates with our Customer Followup program. It posts the date of the paid invoice to the maintenance categories you selected in the customer followup setup options.

 

The program integrates with our Daily Books programs, that read the invoices for the days balance sheet.
